The shower was awful, the acrylic sheets looked poor, and the faded towels didn't even match. I knew this wasn't the Hilton, but spending the evening trying to find the air conditioning remote was ridiculous. The owner only picked up after ten calls. She said she'd sort it out in half an hour and told me to look for it, so I found it in the kitchen with no batteries. The batteries finally arrived that evening, after she blamed the cleaning lady, Cristina, and apparently other people too. They also asked me for the tourist tax without giving a receipt. I had booked this house-like place despite the bad reviews. It's a two-bedroom apartment with a private bathroom and shared kitchen. Terrible experience. Better to pay more than support people who don't care about their work or feel any shame.

My feet were black after walking barefoot on the filthy floor, and the bathroom was rusty all over. There was animal hair on the bed, and the bathroom wasn't clean. Sharing the kitchen with two strangers was another issue, and the place is on the third floor. If nobody's around to ask, figuring things out is confusing. The Wi-Fi is a joke. They provide shower gel and shampoo, but only in bottles, and the bathroom has no other essentials. If I'd known it would be this awful, I wouldn't have come.

Dirty sheets, missing towels, shower gel and other things, and a makeshift camp bed with pillows instead of the extra bed I'd asked for. We couldn't find the only air conditioning remote because other guests had it. We called the owner that evening to fix it, but she did nothing, and we had a terrible night. She's arrogant and never answers the phone. There's no elevator, and the third-floor location isn't mentioned on the website. Expensive and shoddy. I wouldn't recommend it.

I left early because after such a bad night, I couldn't stay in that room. In July I asked for the air conditioning remote, but they wouldn't give it to me and came up with one story after another. Walking around barefoot left my feet dirty. The acrylic sheets were awful and unclean, and the bathroom items were the same. The mattress was old, with springs digging into my back, and the little TV was mounted too high. I've usually made do with places even when some things bothered me, but at €50 a night I expected a decent room. When I complained to Booking.com, where I had booked, the host couldn't be reached and Booking.com even questioned whether I was staying there. They didn't give me a receipt for the tourist tax either. The photos don't match reality. I strongly advise against it.
