The owner was helpful and ready to assist, and the private parking is a real plus. It's within walking distance of the Lungomare, and there's a nice swimming pool, though some guests seemed to take over the whole area. The apartments are functional but could use some care. The showerhead was pretty gross and clearly due for replacement, and the gardens could be lovely with a little more upkeep. It was a good place for a few days, provided your fellow guests are quiet and don't come back noisily at 3am.

We had a terrible stay. We booked through booking.com, and nobody was there to welcome us. They gave us the room number by phone. We arrived half an hour early, but the room was filthy and the beds hadn't been made. There were bottles full of cigarette butts. We waited for them to clean it. The kitchen was greasy, there was a yellowed plastic table with no plastic tablecloth, and the shower curtain was covered in mold. The garage and parking area, which only fits 3 cars, was a complete dump, full of furniture, discarded sofas, and other things no longer useful. The owner stayed unknown throughout. He never welcomed us, showed up during our stay, or even came to ask for our documents for the usual registration. No comment.

The sea setting is enchanting, and we had a positive stay overall. The cottages are new and recently renovated, and the pool was clean and hygienic. The owner was available to sort out any problems. With all the vegetation around, the mosquito nets could use attention, along with a few other small details. I also wish we'd known sooner how difficult access and parking would be.
