The olive groves make this an enchanting, peaceful place, great if you're looking to relax. It also sits in a handy spot for exploring this part of Puglia, about halfway between the Ionian and Adriatic coasts. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent, with homemade pastries. Francesco, the property manager, was lovely and welcoming, and always ready to answer our questions.

We spent eight days here, visiting lots of places inland and along the coast, then coming back each evening to our beloved trullo. It was always quiet, peaceful, and cool. Our three-year-old could run around freely among the plants, trulli, and fish tanks, so it worked really well for a family. Every morning Francesco welcomed us into a cozy little room just off ours, where we tried local treats that were all delicious. He was attentive and incredibly kind throughout, with plenty of useful advice. This peaceful B&B in the Ceglie Messapica countryside sits among centuries-old olive trees, between the Itria Valley and Salento. Many thanks to Francesco and his whole family for making us feel so welcome and helping make the holiday unforgettable.

The trullo is set in a large olive grove for guests' exclusive use, with a beautiful pool we enjoyed in daylight and again when it was lit at night. There's secure parking inside the property, and we were glad to find gluten-free options too. Inside, the ancient trullo has been expertly renovated and is welcoming, well arranged, and divided into bedrooms and living and kitchen areas. There was plenty of food and fruit, plus juices and drinks in the fridge, along with lots of pastries, snacks, focaccias, biscuits, tea, and coffee. The owner was helpful and courteous, made sure we had every comfort, and gave us all the information we needed for excursions. A wonderful stay at a very reasonable price, with excellent hospitality and service.

Mrs. Franca's breakfasts, with traditional products and homemade desserts, will stay with us for a long time. Mr. Antonio was just as welcoming, always ready with tips and suggestions for places to visit. We were pleasantly surprised by how well kept the B&B was, tucked into the countryside. We chose it for a few days in beautiful Puglia and came away with a very positive impression. We'd recommend spending a few days in this wonderful place. Greetings from Sicily!
