Villaggio Arco Naturale Club

The entertainment crew kept us busy and did a great job. We had a wonderful two weeks at Village arco Naturale club, with really welcoming staff, very clean rooms, and the beach and pool just a two-minute walk away. The food was amazing too.

The WiFi was the one thing I wish they’d improve. It only worked in two spots, the bar and the WiFi zone, and both were usually crowded and noisy. It would be nice to have access somewhere quieter. Everything else made our 10 days in July feel so relaxing that I had to write about it. The village was well organized and kept clean and tidy, and the bar and restaurants served excellent food efficiently. Everyone was friendly, from the gardeners and cleaning team to the bar staff. Gerardo and Antonio from security were especially helpful, and made us feel safe and welcome. The entertainment team was the highlight. Blatour is at a very high professional standard, and I was impressed by what this young group has achieved. Imma coordinated them well and had a great stage presence. Nicola and Emanuele were funny, and Silvio made the trio even better. Michelle was full of energy, happiness and sensuality, a real star for the job. Veronica danced fantastically, and Anna, who I think was new, already seemed like an excellent dancer. Christian choreographed amazing shows. I especially loved the Pride tribute and his rainbow lights dress. We’re all adults in my family, so I didn’t get much chance to interact with Lucia and the others from Mini and Maxi Club, but Lucia, Silvio and the rest seemed so sweet. I spent more time with Giosuè, Lorenzo and Ludovico. They were patient and nice, starting from scratch to teach us ping pong, archery and salsa. Giosuè is special, and knows his way around audio video systems. Maryam and Clemente were the icing on the cake. Maryam has a special voice with blues vibes, and won The Voice of Italy, a national TV competition. Clemente is new to the team but got off to a phenomenal start. His rumba de scugnizzi is unforgettable. I visited the club for the first time this July and had an incredible experience. I hope I can come back.

The internal market and bar prices were very high, and the bungalow equipment and general cleanliness felt superficial. I was also disappointed that the evening entertainment shows were all in Italian, since the entertainment staff seemed to focus only on Italian guests. Bikes aren’t allowed around the village, which is a crazy rule given how large the place is. The pool also shuts from 1:30 to 3:30 in the afternoon. Guests pay for that service, so I think it should stay open through the day. This place deserved more than a 3, but those were the things I didn’t like during my stay.

There’s plenty to do for people of all ages, with things like the beauty centre, mini market, shop and bar. The staff were kind and professional, and the prices weren’t too high. We’re here with our camper, and everything has been perfect, from the services and restaurant to the bar and the sea. Arco Naturale Club is a very beautiful camping and village.
