We spent 11 days here and really enjoyed it. The place is spacious and beautiful, and the owners were welcoming and so helpful. Even our four-legged friend would give it a good review, after all the running and playing in the big garden at Villa Matilde.

We stayed from August 12 to 19, 2023, looking for a quiet place with room for our dogs, and this villa was just what I wanted. The pool was a nice extra, and the air-conditioned rooms had all the comforts we needed. The owner had described the peaceful, green setting over the phone, and it matched what we found. Davide was the first person I spoke with, two months before we arrived. He sent photos and details about the house during that time, and was fantastic. Patrizia welcomed us an hour earlier than planned and walked us through the house. We also met the third owner, and all three were wonderful people. Villa Matilde sits between the calm of the countryside and the energy of the city, making it a lovely place to unwind. Its big garden would also work well for events or evenings with friends.

The owners' kindness and helpfulness made the stay feel special. Both the indoor areas and outdoor spaces felt comfortable and homey, and it was a perfect spot for a few relaxing days. I'll definitely come back.

Villa Matilde's garden was a real highlight, with space to relax and a barbecue guests can use. I stayed at this B&B with friends over the May 1st long weekend, and had a really positive time. It's in a quiet area that's easy to reach, well placed for trips to both the sea and the mountains. My double room was bright and spacious, and everything was just right. The staff were kind and helpful, with a warm, family feel. Breakfast was excellent and generous. I'll definitely be back.
