10/10
The house is beautiful, carefully maintained and very practical, with a lovely kitchen and all the appliances you need. We had the whole place to ourselves, and it would work especially well for a stay of more than a few days. It’s surrounded by nature and quiet, a good escape from the noise and bustle of the city center. The owner was kind and very helpful, explained how we could get in with complete privacy, and stayed available for questions. We also ate really well at every restaurant we tried in the area 😂, with traditional Ciociaria cooking, fresh, genuine ingredients and fair prices. The locals were friendly and welcoming too. A great holiday all around. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The only small drawback was the high-speed trains nearby. You can barely hear them inside the house, though, and they pass every 20 minutes. The room itself was truly perfect. The owner was super helpful, handled last-minute changes and stayed professional. 5/5, I’ll definitely come back if I get the chance.

Everything I needed to unwind was there: a top-notch jacuzzi, new bathroom, air conditioning and a fireplace. It was a relaxing stay, and Gianluca was genuinely kind and always available. I’ll be back.
