The venue is nice, but they really don’t seem to know how to run it. At the private event, the tiramisu they offered was actually a packaged cake, and the staff seemed unqualified and disorganized. The pricing was another problem. Their stories said prices started at €500.00, but when we arrived, we were told it was €50.00 per adult and €50.00 per child, which adds up quickly. For 30 people, it came to €1,700.00 with wine and a bar, and that was aside from the wine and bar.

The place itself is nice, but the private event was a nightmare. The food was so poor that the tiramisu was actually a packaged cake. Staff seemed unqualified and disorganized. They made us pay in cash to avoid charges, and we felt badly treated. The food made us ill, and in my view it deserves checks by NAS and ASL. Don’t tell me we paid too little. It felt like being robbed without a gun.

We live nearby, and when the music gets loud we have to shut ourselves inside because we can’t hear the TV. Please turn it down out of consideration for older people, babies trying to sleep, and night-shift workers who need to rest. We hope you’ll use common sense and do something about it. Thank you.

We loved Naples, and this place was worth it. The hospitality made a great impression, the rooms were beautiful and detailed, and the hot tub was wonderful. Everything felt amazing.
