Pension Weihergut

We didn’t book breakfast, but fresh rolls were brought to our door every morning, so we could have a lovely meal on the balcony. The bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away, and many destinations are easy to reach by bus from the guesthouse. We spent a wonderful week at Weihergut. The large apartment had everything we needed, and the balcony view was magnificent. The friendly hosts, the atmosphere, and the house’s location all made the vacation feel perfect. The guests seemed to be mostly 60+, at least as far as I could tell, though I think families with younger children would feel comfortable too. Many thanks to the Golser family, we felt very welcome.

The whirlpool is fantastic, with hot water and massage jets, and then you can head straight to the large pool. Even in autumn, there are plenty of lovely hiking trails, so it’s no problem visiting then. I’ve been coming for over 10 years and always leave thrilled. The staff and rooms are perfect, and breakfast is very generous with everything you could want. Another perfect holiday, and I’ve already booked for next year. Simona is a wonderful, helpful hostess. The room was spacious and looked out over the valley, and breakfast was complete and plentiful. The apple juice was really good too. A very good family-run hotel.

Breakfast on the terrace in the morning is wonderful, and the pool is just right for cooling off. This is a quiet, family-run guesthouse, and everything is very clean. There’s nothing missing from the breakfast.
