The best part was how easy the hosts were to reach. Miss Paola and Miss Allessandra were patient, kind, and quick to communicate, and they helped connect us with a local taxi company for a convenient, well-priced transfer for our large group. Check-in and check-out were straightforward too. We stayed in the Lario room for a wedding, seven adults in all. It’s a spacious apartment with a full kitchen, two bedrooms, and two extra beds, so we had plenty of room. Everything was immaculate and there was more than we needed. The AC worked amazingly well, which felt great after a hot day out. The location is prime, just a few minutes from the lake and close to town restaurants and bakeries. There’s no elevator, and our room was on the second floor, but carrying luggage up the stairs wasn’t too bad. We managed by positioning ourselves along the staircase while unloading. We wished we could stay longer and highly recommend it.

The property is clean, centrally air-conditioned, and has everything you need. Lake Como is just a short walk away. Alessandra and her group bring together a calm, well-prepared kind of hospitality with a great location and property. I run a furnished short-term rental platform too, and learned a lot that I hope to put into practice back home.

The owner gave us a very warm welcome and was helpful. The setting is lovely and quiet, and the place was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

Disappointing hotel. The staircase is worn, and there’s no car parking nearby. Ten days after we left, they claimed € 100 for damages. They lied to us. This is fraud and theft. I advise people not to deal with them.
