The main problem for us was the very noisy cleaning in the mornings. Vacuum cleaners were loud, staff knocked on doors with their equipment, and they shouted to each other across the hall. We asked twice for them to keep it down, but nothing changed, which made it hard to relax or sleep late. Apart from that, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel feels cozy and family-run, and everything was clean and well kept. Live piano music in the evenings gave it a lovely romantic mood. It's about an 8-minute walk to the center of Cernobbio. Parking is available, but in high season you need to arrange a spot in advance. We hope management will address the noise.

The food was excellent, and everyone was friendly. It’s a small, pleasant Albergo with a nice atmosphere and good connections to Como and other places around the lake. I’d stay here again if I return to Cernobbio.

The lunch was two courses with water and wine, all for 15€! I still don’t know how they do it. The spaces are beautiful and the bathroom feels luxurious. Everyone was happy to speak English, and a helpful young man with decent English explained the dishes to us. 10/5.

The rooms are comfortable, and the staff are really kind. It’s a short walk to the embarcadere, so day trips on Lago Como are easy to plan, even though the hotel isn’t right by the water. Great value for this area. We’d definitely recommend it.

We had dinner at the Restaurant and really enjoyed it. The food was delicious, service was friendly and competent, and the prices were fair. The place itself has an incredible atmosphere.
