The food was a real highlight of our Easter stay in Umbria. We asked for a quick lunch before heading to the spa, and they served us carbonara that, as Romans, we thought was excellent. That set the tone for a holiday full of thoughtful little touches. The manager, who came from a starred hotel in Rome, has brought his experience and impressive cooking talent here. Dinner was high quality, and breakfast had homemade cakes, fresh cold cuts, and proper espresso cappuccinos. We chose this three-star hotel because we wanted somewhere relaxing with spa treatments. The photos suggested it had just been renovated, and that’s exactly how it felt in person. The rooms and shared spaces were spotless, the furnishings looked new, and the atmosphere was welcoming. From our first email, the team seemed very helpful and professional, and that continued once we arrived. There’s a beautiful infinity pool, which we couldn’t use because of the weather, but it’s worth visiting in summer. The owner’s wife and daughters give the place a nice family feeling, while the service stays top-notch. We’ll definitely come back.

The views across the surrounding mountains are breathtaking, and the setting is enchanting. We stopped here during a pilgrimage, though it would also be lovely for a relaxing stay. The food was excellent and the owners were ready to meet every need. Nothing more to say, highly recommended! ❤️

After years closed, the place has reopened with new management. The rooms are spacious, the staff are friendly and impeccable, and the setting is spectacular. Any occasion would be a good excuse to organize a fun, beautiful party here.
