We keep coming back to Podere Mezzastrada each year, and the playground is one reason: it's an easy, safe walk from the apartments. The team knows the hotel business, and the service is top class. It's a little pricier than other places, but you get your money's worth and more. Last time we were lucky to have a more secluded house, and it was off-season. We'll see how it feels this year in the main group of flats during the holiday season.

A lovely spot for exploring Tuscany. The apartments are roomy, with fully equipped kitchens, and the sunsets are stunning. It's quiet here.

We've been here for a week and are loving both the apartment and the surroundings. There's lots of space indoors, and the outdoor area is great for kids. The nature around us is amazing.

I’ve spent every summer here since I was little. The quality had been slipping over the last few years, but it's starting to feel like it used to since the new owner took over a few months ago. A lot of vegetation has been cleared, the pool is really clean, and they replaced the hot tub at our house. It feels good to enjoy this magical place again!

A lovely place to stay while discovering Tuscany, with nice surroundings and good restaurants nearby. Our apartment was clean and the beds were good. The pool was great!
