A lovely little B&B in a small beach town near Rome, and a great base for a few days by the sea. The house and rooms are elegant and comfortable, with everything you need. The host was very friendly and helpful.

The villa's surroundings could be much nicer, and there was unfortunately quite a bit of noise nearby. Still, it's worth staying here. The whole property is elegant, and the rooms are tastefully furnished and very well kept. The woman who welcomed us was kind, and the service was top-notch.

Luciano and Carmen, thank you for being so welcoming and taking such good care of us. We had a perfect stay, from breakfast through the nights we spent there. The mosquitoes were a shame, though our amphibian friends help keep the garden clear. And thank you so much for the gift for my little girl.
