Appartamenti Federica

The place could have been great, but the management seemed to take very little care of it. The cleanliness wasn’t up to standard: the stairs weren’t properly cleaned, none of the pots and pans were suitable for the induction stove, and the cookware hadn’t been cleaned. The sofa bed wouldn’t open and wasn’t even large enough for two people. The subtenant’s welcome was awful. She was rude from the start, wouldn’t let us speak or hear our requests, including about parking. In the end, we had to pay for a street parking space right where the house is. Booking.com also shows inaccurate photos and details. It claims there’s private or free parking when there isn’t, lists 13 beds when barely nine of us stayed, and says there are two living rooms when there was only one. I’d really like to reply to Booking.com’s response to my review, but can’t. The owner didn’t tell me, my friends who came with me, or the neighbors that a family would be coming in our place. Then he responded to the review with FALSE information. We left the house as clean as we could, took out every bag of garbage, and asked the cleaning ladies who came instead of the owner where to dispose of everything. They saw us do it, and all the waste was sorted. This feels extremely disrespectful, especially since it all happened just because we’re young.

Milano Marittima is paradise.

The apartments are beautiful, and the hospitality is great.
