The garden areas are large, the pool is big, and there’s plenty of outdoor space. Our room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was excellent, genuinely impressive, but the other food wasn't as good. The hotel itself is expensive, and the beach club costs a lot if you didn’t book all-inclusive. You also pay another €20 for a chair and umbrella, with towels charged separately. We had dinner there one night and found the prices confusing because the menu wasn’t included. Asking how much dinner cost felt awkward, almost like it was offensive. We ordered two complete dinners, supposedly €50 each for a starter and main, but the bill came to €125. The meal wasn’t worth €50 apiece, especially with much better restaurants nearby. At checkout we raised the incorrect charge, but they refused to change the bill, and nothing was sorted out. We left very dissatisfied, feeling we’d been charged for a meal we hadn’t actually had as described. There was also a language barrier since many staff members don’t speak English, which is understandable. But when we tried to explain, it felt like they thought we were lying. Some staff were rude and gave very poor service. My advice is not to eat dinner at this hotel.

We only booked at the last minute, but checking in at hotel Aurelia was easy. The room in Milano Marittima was bigger than we expected, clean, and comfortable. I stayed for three nights and had a terrific time. Breakfast has loads of good options, and staff will make pancakes, crepes, and different kinds of eggs in front of you if you ask. Lunch and dinner are served at the hotel too, and the food is fresh, cooked just right, and superb. The private beach was amazing. You can rent an umbrella and sunbeds for the day, and there are beach volley, beach tennis, and table tennis facilities, plus sliders for kids, so there's something for everyone. The staff were genuinely lovely. Nenad at reception was especially helpful and friendly. I felt like part of a family, not just a number in a big hotel. I can only say nice things about the stay and totally recommend hotel Aurelia to anyone looking for great food and a good time. Thanks for everything!

The hotel is clean and nice, and close to the beach, tennis courts, bars, and restaurants. The food was average. The rooms were the weak point, pretty small, old, and run down.
