We went to the hotel with a group of 14-17-year-olds. One waiter kept hitting on us and following us around, asking for our number. He then wanted to call us and said, “I can also call you without a shirt on.” It was really weird and scary. The food wasn't very good either. They served the same vegetables several days in a row, and they tasted sour and mushy. For 10 days, we ate only potatoes and pasta. When we went on an outing, they prepared food for us to take along, but my friend's portion had mold when she opened it. The pool, though, was very well looked after and cleaned every morning and night. PS: Daniel the waiter was really nice and did a great job.

We spent two weeks here and had a great time, to put it mildly. The room was spacious, the food excellent, and courtesy and helpfulness were part of every day. Capriccio gave us a little corner of Romagna where the feel of the past sits alongside just the right touch of modernity. Thanks to all the staff for welcoming us and making us happy throughout our stay. For us, Capriccio means relaxation and courtesy.

This hotel sits in the pine forest, well away from traffic in a very peaceful area. Getting to the beach means a pleasant walk through the trees. It's a little far from the sea, but the route is really scenic. The huge pool is well maintained and great for adults and children alike. The staff were lovely across the board: a welcoming reception, attentive dining room team, and impeccable cleaning. The entertainers were always smiling and engaging, making the days more fun without ever being pushy. Food was excellent, varied, and good quality. The garden party for Ferragosto was a lovely highlight that made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended if you're after relaxation, good food, fun, and a warm welcome.
