The food and breakfast were splendid, just as promised on the website, and the rooms were comfortable. There was a nice garage space for my car too. My son had an accident on the stairs, and the help we got was excellent. We’ll definitely visit again. A1, top.

The rooms were spacious and clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the location was great. The staff were so friendly too. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

Daniela at reception was professional, kind, intelligent, and genuinely helpful. She was the one person who made me feel well looked after, which is why the rest of my stay at this elegant hotel was such a disappointment. I came from Germany at the end of August for a holiday and was excited to be there. On my second morning, I overheard a staff member cursing at a newly arrived tourist for parking in the wrong lot and having to move the car. At breakfast, some employees spoke only Italian, which wasn't an issue by itself. But when I tried to explain what I needed, even showing the young blonde woman, she said “si si” and then rolled her eyes as she went to get it. She had already been disrespectful to me once before. I also had an unpleasant exchange with a man at reception. I asked a few questions, got brief answers, then he looked down at his papers as if to signal he was busy and wanted me to leave. I was shocked and very sad that this could happen at such a sophisticated place. I've visited many countries and hotels, but this is the only place I've left feeling I don't want to return.
