Balance Hotel

From August 25, 2025 to August 31, 2025, I stayed at this elegant, welcoming hotel. The rooms were quiet, spacious, and beautiful, and the beach was only about 40 meters away. Staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. It's half-board only, which suited me well: lunch stays flexible, so you can eat out or keep enjoying the sea into the late afternoon. The food was excellent, honestly Chef-worthy. Thanks to all the staff, especially Maître Nicola, who was professional and took care of every need. I'd recommend it to couples and families with children.

The menu was refined and delicious, and meals were served impeccably. We had a week here between late July and early August on a half-board plan, and the welcome from everyone was superb. Reception and restaurant staff were kind, professional, and ready to help. The hotel has recently been renovated, with panoramic terraces, a pool, several lounges, two bars, a restaurant, and a well-kept garden. It's in the pine forest area, with direct access to the seafront bike path and beach facilities. We left feeling our expectations had been met. Highly recommended.

We're here now with our 10-year-old daughter, and have felt looked after in all sorts of little ways. The beach is clean and organized, with staff always available, and lunch there was excellent too, especially the quality dishes and delicious desserts. Breakfast has been another highlight, with lots of fresh sweet and savory choices. Dinner was memorable, with carefully prepared, tasty food well above average. Nicola and his team were especially attentive and professional, and the whole staff made meals enjoyable. Our room is spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a king-size bed that gives us great sleep. Our daughter quickly settled into her own room with a private entrance. There was a small mix-up with the door cards, but reception sorted it out quickly and kindly. Even with little notice, the team arranged a small surprise party for my partner's birthday, which meant a lot. It's that sort of attention that makes the place feel welcoming. We're having a holiday with comfort, good quality, and personal care, and would happily recommend it.

The staff were friendly and professional, and the garden was a pleasant green spot to relax in. We also appreciated direct beach access, plus the bike rental for getting around. The pool is lovely, with water that looks greenish from the decorative stones. The common spaces are especially well kept, with an elegant reception and welcoming restaurants. Breakfast has a complete mix of hot and cold, sweet and savory choices. Dinner lets you pick an appetizer, first course, second course, and dessert; the food was good, though portions could be larger. Our room was average and I wasn't keen on the colors, but the bathroom was comfortable and had a nice shower. They leave two fresh bottles of still water in the fridge each day, a nice touch. The hotel has recently changed its name and management.
