The room may be a bit too small for the price, but the pool on the roof was clean. The hotel is centrally located, very close to both the beach and the nightlife in Milano Marittima. Service was careful and reliable, and the staff were courteous. It's a nice, quiet hotel.

We spent a week there. The Wi-Fi and pool were fine, and the service was good, but the room felt a little cramped and the food was horrible. Fourteen people got sick, including my brother.

The staff were so warm and kind, and the renovated rooms were well cared for. Ours was a bit cramped, but perfectly fine for a few days. We chose the hotel as part of a Mirabilandia package and had a wonderful stay. The lobby also felt really distinctive and welcoming. I can see why some reviews are negative, though I think some guests are very demanding: even when staff do what they ask, they still complain and put down other people's work. I'd give the place more than five stars if I could.

The pool was clean and looked after really well, with the lifeguard constantly cleaning. We also had excellent service in the dining room, friendly waiters, and a delicious breakfast, including in the outdoor dining area. I was there with my 8-year-old children, and we all had a great time. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was very spacious and had LED lights.
