Hotel Prestigio

Tata, our dog, could join us at both the restaurant and the beach club during our all-inclusive stay at Hotel Prestigio in Milano Marittima. The beach, Bagni Cortesi, was included in the package and welcomed dogs too. We felt at home, and the value for money was excellent. The location meant we could leave the car parked and use the guest bikes to get to the centers of Milano Marittima and Cervia. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotless, thanks to the hardworking floor maids. The dishes were delicious, skillfully prepared with top-quality ingredients, and the chef was the best. The bartender was always there, while Antonio was resourceful and ready to sort out any problem. Marinella at reception was especially kind and professional, and the whole staff was coordinated beautifully. Thank you!

The only person who made a good impression was the kind cleaning lady. I’m giving one star for the polite, friendly staff, though the receptionist was rude. The hotel didn’t look like the photos, and the pool was shaded, so I never used it. I stayed a week on half board, but the food was inedible. My boyfriend and I ate out every night but the first. Portions were tiny and shoddy, and the meat was rock-hard. Breakfast was the same. One evening I ordered grilled chicken breast, but the salad came with little bits of cold chicken in it.

We extended our stay, and I can only confirm how positive my first impressions were. Chef Eric’s tagliatelle with Romagna ragù was miraculous, 10 stars! Well done!!! The hotel is in a great spot near the sea, with superb cuisine and very helpful staff. Special mention to the courteous waitress at the Violeta restaurant. We’d love to have her with us, and if we get the chance, I’ll be back.

We couldn’t enjoy our holiday in Milano Marittima because our dog had a serious problem, but Mrs. Marinella at reception and the owner showed such humanity that we were able to leave with a lighter heart. The staff were so correct, polite, and attentive to every detail. The food was excellent and the location in Milano Marittima is great. We’re grateful to everyone for their kindness and, above all, their big hearts. We highly recommend this place.
