This was our first mountain holiday, and we enjoyed it so much. The scenery is beautiful, and the food was delicious. We also got to see some of Italy’s most beautiful landscapes. Thank you to the hotel for making that possible.

At hotel majestic, the service was a mixed bag. I didn’t feel welcome, and many of the staff weren’t very helpful or courteous. I saw them smiling while talking with people from their own country, but not with us. Neither of our two rooms had a kettle or coffee facilities, and dinner was very poor. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone who isn’t part of their culture or from their country.

We had a wonderful week skiing with the kids. They had group lessons in the mornings, and the hotel food was superb, with especially good gluten-free options. The whole team looked after us brilliantly. Pasquale and Deborah made the kids’ club so enjoyable that our children loved going, even though they were shy and didn’t speak Italian. Salvatore and Antonio in the restaurant made sure we were happy while feeding tired kids, and Matteo made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. The Bluserena Majestic Team gave our family a brilliant welcome.

The mountain views were amazing, and the hotel was a great choice for a couple or family break. Our room was spacious, and housekeeping did an excellent job. Staff were friendly and attentive at every meal, with lots of choice and care taken with allergies. I’d recommend it.

A useful shuttle takes you to the ski slopes, where the lockers are. The room was well furnished and the beds were comfortable. Food was good, though the portions varied, and even with English translations on the menu it was hard to tell exactly what each dish was. We had a very nice stay, with good quality for the price.
