Hotel Roma

It’s in a quiet neighborhood, about 30 minutes from the city centre by bus. There are bus stops nearby, plus lots of fast food places and cafes around. The reception was warm and welcoming, even at night, and the staff were very kind and helpful. My room was small but cozy, with a TV, a small closet, and a wide balcony I hadn't expected. The bathroom had a shower cabin, a bide, a sink, and a mirror. Nothing fancy, but it was neat and tidy. Room service was thorough and done every day, even though it didn't really need to be that often. Towels and shower gel were replaced daily too. I'd definitely stay here again.

The location may be a little far from the center, but that wasn't a problem for me. I stayed four days and had nothing to complain about: the staff were really friendly, the service was great, and the room was good for the price. Thanks for the warm hospitality!

The staff were nice, and the receptionist is the one who makes your coffee. That's the only good thing I can say. I don't know how this place is considered 4 stars. Maybe it was 4 stars in the 1960s, but not now. I paid 160€/night, 1440€ for 9 nights, and it wasn't worth it. I wouldn't pay more than 60-70€ because all it offers is a room to sleep in. The TV was the size of my iPad. The Wi-Fi barely worked. It might as well not have been there. I couldn't do any work or even check email on it, and I'm writing this review using my data plan. It's so frustrating, especially in 2023. Breakfast was very limited, with food displayed in a way that seemed super non hygienic/healthy. There were so many bugs on the food and dirty plates. I still have 7 more days to last in this hotel…

The breakfast had a good variety, and there was a coffee machine for coffee and cuppachino. I stayed here during a two day visit to Milan. The double room was good, with a big balcony and a bath tub. It also had a mini bar and a wadrobe. They cleaned every day and changed the toiletries and bedrolls.
