The food was delicious and the restaurant excellent. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel felt like home. A wonderful place.

The hotel is central and clean, and the location works especially well if you're visiting Nebrodi Park. The room could use an upgrade, particularly the electrical setup: there were only two outlets, one for the TV and one for the lamp, so nowhere to charge a phone or plug in a laptop. There wasn't a kettle or coffee in the room either. I would've loved to have a coffee there.

We had a wonderful time here. The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful, and our room was spotless with a view. We ate pizza for dinner on Carnival Saturday, when the hotel restaurant was packed, but service was still quick and impeccable. It's also very well located near Nebrodi Park, where we went hiking.
