Hotel Romagna

The flooding made it impossible to get to Cesena during my trip. Local authorities told tourists to reschedule and stay away because the situation was critical. My sister and her boyfriend live there and were flooded too. They saw that the hotel's street couldn't be reached without special equipment. Trains, the highway, and airports serving Cesena were shut down. I contacted reception in advance to cancel, but the hotel refused, even though it was closed and flooded and travel there was impossible and not recommended. I offered to postpone the booking instead, and they refused that too. I just want my reservation moved or my money back. The hotel is refusing what I see as basic customer rights, taking advantage of a dramatic emergency and the state of natural disaster. Their earlier reply was another lie. Other reviews make it look like they do this regularly and don't respect clients or the law. Avoid this place at all costs. Do not book here.

Just a standard hotel. It's not especially modern or fancy, but it's okay. No breakfast, only a little buffet in the room. Fabio is a good person, and the place is clean.

Getting around from here was easy, with bus stops and the train station nearby. Shops and a commercial center are close too, so it worked well for walking around the city.

For a three-star hotel, the price feels high.
