Hotel Camay

The owners are so kind, attentive, and always available if guests need anything. It's a clean, well-kept family-run hotel on Via De Amicis in Cesenatico, just a short step from the sea. The food is high quality, varied, and excellent. I'd definitely recommend it.

In 2025 we found that several services we had previously relied on at Hotel Camay were no longer available as before. The private bathroom wasn't available, air conditioning cost extra, and parking on the hotel grounds was charged as well. The rooftop whirlpool we remembered from 2023 wasn't available during this stay either. The hotel doesn't have a pool. These changes didn't matter much to us over Easter 2025. The bigger issue was the bicycle rental fee. The travel agency's documents said it was included in the price, but the owners tried to charge us extra without justification. We raised it at the hotel, but staff, especially the owner's father, didn't seem very understanding. We'd had two very satisfactory stays before, booked through a travel agency. We think services listed as included in accommodation descriptions should be free, so travelers should check these details carefully.

I've already booked for my next holiday and weekend. The owners are welcoming, attentive, and extremely kind, and we found the hotel well maintained. Our room was comfortable and very clean, with air conditioning and soundproof windows. Breakfast was generous, with sweet and savory choices and lovely homemade cakes. They even offered to let us keep the room until evening for a small extra charge. There's indoor parking and bicycles available, though they're clearly used. The price was excellent, and the hotel has a special arrangement with bagnobianconero29 beach club, where the bathroom was excellent too. Thanks for everything 🌺

We stayed in room 123 during the week of August 15th 2025, and the food was so good it was hard not to order more. The room was clean, and the hotel is well placed for the beach and especially for the center of Cesenatico. Many thanks to the owners and all the staff for being so warm, kind, and helpful. I recommend the hotel to everyone, it deserves five stars in every way. I hope I can come back, even just to say hello and give the owners a hug, because they really deserve it.
