That fried fish alone deserves a mention, it was the best I've had. I also wanted to say thank you before our holiday was even finished, which I've never done with a hotel before. Hotel Centauro felt like home, with spotless rooms, warm hospitality and really good, simple food. There's something special about how genuine and uncomplicated everything feels, and how much joy they put into the small things. I hope we get to come back many times.
