We had a very pleasant week as a family, though there are a few things that could be improved. The atmosphere was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, the food was good, and the sea is only steps away. The price was excellent. The service team is made up of very young women who may lack experience, but they're always kind and smiling. I value that sort of courtesy more than perfectly set tableware. When my young daughter asked for menu changes a couple of times, they accommodated her without any trouble. Special thanks to Nicole and Martina, who served us with such attention and kindness, and to manager Antonio. We'll definitely come back.

The food was terrible, with frozen items, and the vacation felt ruined. The dining room's cleanliness was almost nonexistent: greasy tables, sticky floors covered in sand, and food scraps such as watermelon seeds, bread, and ants. The rooms, by comparison, were thoroughly cleaned and had fresh white sheets. Service was truly awful. The waitresses were very young and kind, but inexperienced, and wore beach clothes instead of a uniform or apron. We had to ask for even basic things, like a plate for empty mussel shells or grated cheese with the first course. Courses took an incredibly long time, and sometimes arrived before the table was cleared. We got just one paper napkin per meal and no water pitchers. With all-inclusive, we still had to keep getting up to refill our glasses at the drinks dispenser. After reading so much praise before booking, I feel out of step writing this, but this hotel doesn't compare with the other three-star places in the area, in my opinion.

The rooms were cleaned well, but towels were only changed every two days. In the dining room, the tables and floor were dirty, and the kind but inexperienced servers got mixed up while bringing dishes. Food was the bigger letdown: the buffet seemed to be frozen dishes, repeated through all six days, with small portions and flavorless desserts. We asked for seconds only a couple of times, when something was finally good, but even the pasta serving was small. We were almost always served last, and were invariably told the fruit salad on the menu had run out. Breakfast was poor too. We stayed for six days with family and friends, expecting a good choice based on the reviews, but it wasn't a good experience.
