Hotel Eritrea

The weather wasn't great over the June 2 long weekend, but Hotel Eritrea turned out to be a lovely find. The sea is only about two minutes away. Our room was a little dated, yet clean and welcoming, and there are roomy common areas plus a cozy garden for breakfast and drinks after dinner. The food was worthy of a three-star hotel, and the staff were attentive and helpful. It's become our favorite place for a Cesenatico holiday. Highly recommend it!

The hotel is pleasant and clean, with a convenient spot near both the beach and the city center. But not one room has a balcony, which is a huge drawback for me and significantly brings down my rating.

We were so pleased with our week at Hotel Eritrea that we'd gladly return if we get the chance. The food was delicious and varied, and the portions were just right, leaving us full while we enjoyed everything from starters through dessert. Breakfast in the little garden was a treat, with a cool breeze making it a refreshing place to spend time at any hour. The location is ideal, a few steps from the main avenue and beach, and close to Porto Canale. Everyone made us feel like family, from the reception and bar staff working in rotation to the smiling, efficient dining room team. We were met with courtesy and helpfulness from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless every day, and housekeeping were excellent and very kind. Thanks for the passion and professionalism you bring to your work. We just got home and couldn't be happier.

We booked without knowing much about the place and were glad we did. I stayed here for a week with my dad, and the location was perfect, with sea views on one side and Cesenatico's main street on the other. Our room was lovely and cleaned impeccably every day. The food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, and all the staff were competent, helpful, and friendly. Thank you, Hotel Eritrea ❤️
