Be careful, this did not feel like a safe place for us, and the children were crying and terrified. The owner seemed to watch our every move, and I saw him scream and swear at Australian guests. I also saw him nearly hit his dog. Staff said he was impossible. When a car is parked there, it can be stuck overnight, and you don't know when the owner will let it out. He may keep your passports and ask for money in return, so hold on to them even if he demands that you move away while he takes them. Do not stay here, especially with children, or book here with Mirabilandia. The place is run very precisely, right down to the croissant at breakfast and a piece of cheese with a toothpick placed perfectly in the center.

The bathroom and shower were awkward to use, there was no fridge in the room, and Mirabilandia is quite a distance away. On the plus side, the service and owner were friendly, and the price was reasonable as part of a Mirabilandia package.

We had a generous breakfast with both sweet and savory choices, and enjoyed chatting about cars with the very friendly owner. We stayed as part of the Mirabilandia package, and found the hotel and owners very nice. There's a ceiling fan, which is a great idea, while air conditioning costs extra. I forgot to mention the free parking on site, just ask when you arrive. We'll definitely be back.

I stayed here with my children on a Mirabilandia admission and hotel package. Breakfast was plentiful with sweet and savory options, and the place was clean. The coffee only comes from the all-purpose machine, so you can't ask for an espresso. There's parking on site. The room wasn't very spacious, and the third bed took up too much room. The shower has a floor drain and curtains on both sides, so it might be best to use it in the morning before heading out. For a night when you usually arrive late, it can do.

We booked a two-day Mirabilandia package, so I wasn't expecting luxury or royal treatment. Still, this stay felt like a Fantozzi movie. We arrived around 11 PM and were met by a man I assume was an owner, with what I can only describe as a prison guard manner. He laughed and joked, then took our documents and insisted the tourist tax had to be paid in cash. When we asked for water, he sold it to us from the bar and again said all transactions MUST be cash. Our room had been left with the curtains and blinds shut, and it felt like an oven. There was air conditioning, but the remote was at reception, with a notice saying it cost €6 extra. My partner went down and paid for it because I had no cash and otherwise would have had to mummify in the room's microclimate. The remote barely communicated with the unit, which seemed to offer only 27° or 17°. The shower was in the middle of a bathroom/utility room, with no tray or stall, so the whole floor got flooded. The hair dryer was at least outside the bathroom, but its fan filter was cracked, making it possible to get hair sucked around the heating element or slice your fingers. In the morning, the bathroom was so narrow that a person with two legs couldn't use the bidet, as one side was flush against the wall. I went to bed expecting pneumonia from the air conditioning set to 63°F. Breakfast included what they passed off as orange juice, orange tempera paint diluted with water. When we left, the same night guard smoothly tried to charge us again for the AC remote. Without receipts or invoices, he didn't seem to see that we'd paid already. He finally sent us off after insisting on the tourist tax in cash and saying that 4-5 euros wouldn't make anyone rich, despite trying to get another 6 euros from us. Then he forgot to return our documents, which completed the feeling of being kidnapped, the real highlight of this establishment. Highly recommended if you need to extort information from hostages.
