Color Metropolitan Family Hotel

The food was good, though I expected more. Nothing stood out, and I found the starters and desserts especially boring. The grill was the kitchen's real strength, and the person running it was excellent. The maître d', Alessandro, was attentive and made sure the restaurant had everything it needed. We were warmly received at reception, and the whole staff seemed carefully organized. We spent a week here recently, and the rooms and the rest of the property were spotless. Our main disappointment was the entertainment, which was nearly absent during the day, while the evening shows fell short of what we expected from the hotel's reputation.

Our daughter came home with so many smiles and happy memories. She was the first to tell us how happy she'd been, and that meant everything to us. The entertainers were wonderful, always cheerful, and brought that happiness to the children. Thanks to everyone at the Metropolitan, especially them. We also met some lovely people, which made the holiday even better. The reception and kitchen staff were always kind, helpful, and smiling. Daniele, Diego, the waiters, and all the others never held back a smile. We're taking home so many lovely memories and feelings, made even better by sharing them. Thanks so much! The restaurant staff were talented and cheerful, the food was excellent, and the head waiter was both professional and courteous. The receptionists and night porter were incredibly kind too. Max and Venere at the bar were always friendly and ready to help, the girl making piadinas was so sweet and always smiling, and Maria kept the rooms clean with the same warm smile. The entertainment team were fantastic, and Patrick sends a big hug to everyone. We also had a great time at Bagno Snoopy. This stay went beyond what we expected, thanks to the kindness and hospitality all around. A heartfelt thank you to everyone, and see you soon. I highly recommend it!

We came back for a second year, but this time I was disappointed enough to leave a day early. The mini club turned some children away as too young, and the entertainment staff didn't seem up to the job. They kept pushing games, which felt like all they offered. The evening shows were short and a bit ridiculous, and the food was somewhat poor. The supposed themed evenings were almost nonexistent. I don't understand all the positive reviews this year, but we definitely won't return.
