Modern Mobile Home in Cesenatico With Pool Near Seabeach

The beds were comfortable, and in May we weren’t bothered by mosquitoes. The campsite is huge and the staff are friendly, but the building materials feel thin and a bit cheap. The bathroom smelled, and the shower was unpleasant to use, with the water randomly switching between hot and cold. Worst of all, the seagulls made a racket on the roof every day at 5 a.m.

We’ve spent many holidays in mobile homes in Italy, and never had a disaster like this. The cottage was dirty and smelled bad when we arrived in the evening, even though final cleaning was included in the rental price. If I remember right, that fee was €40, so I’m asking for it to be refunded. The cleaning service wasn’t available until the following morning, leaving us to clean up ourselves. The quilts were damp and very smelly. The cottage was in terrible technical condition, rusty and moldy. I’ve attached photos. The campsite management couldn’t offer us another house. I tried to explain that the condition might account for the price, but they couldn’t answer why it wasn’t visible in the pictures.

The place had a relaxed, village-like feel, with well-kept service blocks and friendly staff. At busy times, though, it could really have used more than one receptionist. I loved the setting beneath shady pines beside a huge sandy beach. There are plenty of cycle routes, and security is good.

A good choice for families, with two lovely pool areas and entertainment staff for children. This is a very nice, well-organized Camping Village, with a restaurant, pizzeria, market, laundry, hairdresser and more.
