The location is handy, fairly close to the beach and the main canal, where the restaurants and tourist shops are. From the room, the yacht club view is nice if you're on that side. For the price, it's okay, though the building feels old and not especially clean. The apartments weren't very clean, and some other residents were noisy or had dogs barking during the night. Inside, the bed area is divided from the kitchen by a cheap office-style partition. There is enough room to move around and a closet for your things.

Luca came across as a bit aloof, but he was attentive whenever we had a request or needed something. The location is great, between the beach and the town center, with restaurants about a five-minute walk away on either side of the dock. We had spectacular boat views from the balcony, and there's free public parking across the road. There's also a bar on site with seats right on the dock. The mini-apartments are fully equipped, so you can cook, get takeaway delivered, or sleep in and wake up to the sun reflecting on the water among the boats.

Mrs. Paola was wonderful and extremely helpful, and the girls at the bar downstairs were friendly too. Breakfast there was excellent. Our apartment had everything we needed and worked well for us, my wife, me and our dogs. We left the car parked and did almost everything on foot, since things are easy to reach. We enjoy walking, and the sea is just a short stroll away. The western seafront has everything, and the eastern one is only five minutes away on foot. We had a great time.

Cleanliness was very poor, and the air conditioning hadn't been sanitized. The furniture was run-down, and the electrical system couldn't handle two electric stoves running at once. The residence also doesn't meet anti-Covid hygiene rules. What they call a two-room apartment is really a studio, with the “bedroom” separated by a closet and a plastic divider. There were ants and cockroaches in the bathroom...

It's a nice spot near the sea, and there's parking. The rooms are more or less okay, though they could do with some repairs. The staff service is good. I like it 😘😘😘
