Residence Fiorita

The rooms are very spacious and easy to reach by elevator. Ours had a sofa, bathroom, kitchen with a microwave, oven, and dishwasher, two beds, one double and one single, plus a hairdryer and more. There is also a laundry room with a dryer attached, for a fee (€3/€1), a bike storage area, and armchairs and tables in the lobby, both indoors and outside. It's very conveniently located in central Cesenatico. Reception could be better, but the staff are friendly and have always listened when we raised a concern. They were very accommodating!

I lived at this residence from October to December 2020. The location is great for the seafront and still not too far from the canal port. There are lots of shops around, and it's easy to get everywhere on foot or by bike. Mike, the residence manager, is a wonderful, courteous, and kind person, always ready to help with any request or concern. The only downside was that the price felt a little high for low season, though it included everything, so it wasn't bad. I'd definitely return.

The price was excellent, and the reception team were friendly and knew their stuff. The apartment had air conditioning in both the living room and bedrooms, plus a washing machine and dishwasher. Rooms and terraces were roomy and clean, with fresh towels and linen changed daily. It’s near the center and beach, with a view over the Vena Mazzini.

I spent five days at the Fiorita residence. The apartment had plenty of room and was clean, and its terrace was a nice spot to eat. The location was excellent. The bathroom had a shower, and everything we needed was supplied, including towels, sheets, pots, and pans.
