I’m posting this again because my first review was deleted. We stayed from August 28 to August 30, 2021, and I wanted to explain what happened. The mattresses were poor quality and dirty, and I’m attaching a photo if Google allows it. There’s a railway about three meters from the window. Trains pass frequently, including regional trains and Frecciargento, at least three an hour. The neighbors downstairs were loud late into the night. I asked them to keep it down and they tried, but we could still hear the children a lot. At 11 pm, the night before we left, I messaged the owner to say we planned to leave the next day because of these issues and asked whether she might refund the unused night. I’d already paid in advance, and I’m an honest person who pays for services used, so it isn’t true that I didn’t want to pay. The storm started around 9 the next morning. Once the rain stopped, we left at 10:30, but the storm wasn’t why we left. The railway was visible on Google, I know, but I wanted to clarify that the trains are frequent. The owner didn’t answer my calls for a week, saying she had to work, though I feel helping customers is part of the work too. After I posted a negative review on Booking, she didn’t refund anything. I wanted to set out what really happened in case it helps other travelers. Maybe your expectations are lower than mine, but I think my needs are basic. Regards.

The owners, Simona and Vittorio, are so welcoming and friendly. The apartment is fully furnished, and the beach is wonderfully peaceful, with gorgeous water. I’ve found this to be my ideal place for a summer holiday, my own little paradise. If I can, I’ll definitely come back for another summer vacation.

We enjoyed our stay. The lady was kind and ready to help.
