The owner replied quickly when we made the reservation, which we appreciated. This is a friendly, sophisticated hotel and restaurant up in the Aosta Valley. Having dinner here each year during our Glideflying holiday has become a must. Until next time….

The village setting is lovely, with stunning mountain scenery all around, and the drive out from Aosta is definitely worthwhile. There seemed to be plenty of locals dining there, which I always take as a good sign for the food. My wife had the risotto, while I tried the Macaroncini with boar and pea sauce. We also ordered a fresh, nicely presented salad. Everything was delicious and well prepared.

The staff were really friendly, and dinner was excellent. Breakfast was good too. It’s a good hotel, about a five-minute drive from Aosta.

The food alone makes me want to move to this area. Both dinner and breakfast were on Michelin level. The rooms are modern and clean, and everyone on staff is unbelievably friendly. This place has everything for me, so I’ll keep coming back year after year. Grazie mille a tutti!!!

We had a fantastic meal and chose the set menu for two so we could sample lots of their dishes. I’d really recommend it. The hotel itself was very nice as well.
