The advertised breakfast hours were 7:00 to 8:00, but when I arrived at 7:20 the table was already empty. The “bed and breakfast” I paid for amounted to dry bread and terrible coffee. When I complained, I was told breakfast was finished. They brought out some omelets only after I insisted, and a few minutes later a small plate of cheese appeared. I tried to take a slice, but a rude staff member stopped me, saying it was finished. That is unacceptable: guests pay for a meal and are left hungry, while the staff’s attitude is insulting. This was by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Hospitality: 0.0. Avoid it at all costs.

My family and I had a nice stay in room 203. The staff were really friendly, and the food tasted good too.

The rooms were roomy enough, very clean, and had everything we needed, even though they weren’t new. We stayed for three days as a group, and the staff were genuinely kind and efficient. They took good care with the food at both breakfast and dinner so we felt comfortable there.

We were a group of 36, and all of us were very pleased. The welcome was the warmest we’ve had in Italy, the rooms were spotless, and there’s a lovely garden area with fantastic wine. The furniture is old-fashioned, but we like it that way. It feels like real Italy to us. We recommend this hotel and will definitely use it again for our company trip.

The live music was what people in my group enjoyed most. I had 50 people with me, and the staff were extremely attentive, going out of their way to make everyone feel at home. Check-in went smoothly, and the hospitality was fantastic. I’m looking forward to staying here again.
