I've come back to this charming inn several times, partly for its location and distinctive character, and partly for Monica. Her kindness brings such a positive feeling to the place. Breakfast is generous and delicious, with pancakes she makes fresh and serves with maple syrup. Well done, Monica 👏👏👏

Monica welcomes you into her “home” like an old friend, and the breakfasts are a real highlight: homemade pastries and cakes, freshly made pancakes, organic jams and juices, cured meats, cheeses, homemade yogurt, and plenty of other genuine treats. The rooms are clean, themed, and well looked after, with TV and free Wi-Fi throughout. There’s also private parking and a small pool. The inn sits just below Chianciano Terme’s historic center. Highly recommended!

Monica made us a fantastic breakfast and was so kind to my dog. She's warm and welcoming, and her smile makes you feel at home. I'd happily come back!

Whenever I'm in Chianciano, I stay here. Monica's hospitality and customer service are both extraordinary. After all these years, I think of myself as a friend, not a customer.
