Rooms were pleasant and well heated, and prices were moderate. The staff were friendly and made an effort to meet guests' needs, while breakfast had a generous buffet and was more than satisfactory. The hotel itself is simple but welcoming. It's on the main road in Chianciano Terme, raised slightly above an inner street, so it stays quiet away from the traffic. A good choice if you want to stay in town near the famous healing thermal waters.

The staff's warmth really made the difference, from the owners to reception, and Mrs. Raimonda was so kind that she offered us seconds of every course. We had an excellent-value dinner there, with good, plentiful food. Our family of four, two adults and two children, stayed just one night and were pleasantly surprised. It's family-run and not brand new, but very well looked after and clean. The location is excellent, close to the thermal baths. We'll definitely return. Highly recommended!

Staying here had a real family feel from the moment we arrived. Everyone was so friendly and kind. The place felt like stepping back into the '80s, which made it special. We were there on Saturday night, and breakfast was plentiful with excellent value for money. We'd love to come again. Warm regards from the Roman family, see you soon!
