The rooms look beautiful, and the hosts are fantastic. The property sits among the Tuscan hills, with towns and villages nearby to explore. New owners took over in early 2025 and completely updated the place. They’ve done a great job.

The rooms are lovely, and everything felt clean, tidy, and comfortable. The hosts were so friendly. It’s the best choice for a holiday in this area.

The setting is so peaceful and beautiful, and there’s plenty to do within reach. In about a 15-minute drive, we found many great restaurants, and the sea, Pisa, Florence, Volterra, and Siena were all close enough for day trips. Breakfast was delicious, with a different cake Anna made each day. The pool was the cleanest we’ve ever seen, and the whole property was spotless. Most of all, the hosts were kind and always checked that things were going well. When we had an unusual problem, they quickly arranged help and didn’t leave us to deal with it alone. We highly recommend staying here, and we’ll definitely come back.

Anna and Giani are wonderful owners and hosts. The grounds are very well looked after, with a pool that has pleasant water and a nice seating area. We loved the classic Tuscan-style accommodation, the quiet surroundings, and the beautiful views. We’ll definitely return.

The hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The place is clean, the grounds are cared for, and the views are exceptional. It’s also well placed for visiting the main sights in Tuscany.
