Massimo made us feel welcome right away, and staying here felt like being at home. We enjoyed the good food, comfortable rooms and nice pool, and the parking on the premises felt safe. It’s also not far from Pozzallo. I wish I could give more than five stars. Keep it up, Massimo, your lovely family, and Shaky :)

The boat outing with Free Estoria, which is also owned by the property owner, was a real highlight. There was local and non-local food, drinks, great music and a stunning sea. You can also ask for fish dishes, specialty meats and more. The rooms were spacious, bright and clean, and the place itself was just as quiet and surrounded by nature as the photos suggested. Massimo welcomed us and made us feel at ease. Nadia and Mauro are the real pillars of the property after him. They pampered us with food and excursions, and the whole family made us feel at home with our grandmother. This was our first stay here, and we’re grateful for how at home they made us feel. Keep it up, guys. Highly recommended.

The price felt much too high, especially since there was no guest kitchen as the description said. You can choose to eat at the property, but it costs extra. We were six people with a 9-month-old baby, and the owner wasn’t there when we arrived. His elderly parents did their best to welcome us, but we only saw the owner later that evening at dinner. Unfortunately, the stay wasn’t a positive experience.

We loved the simple, unspoiled feel of this place, and didn’t understand the negative reviews. The rooms were neat and clean, the meals delicious, and conversations warm and friendly. The people were lovely, close to their guests while still giving us privacy. We got to try wonderful dishes and their own fresh olive oil, which was sublime. The owner also has a sailboat and offers sailing trips you can book. The countryside is lovely for walks, and Chiaramonte Gulfi is one of the places to visit. We’re fans of this spot. Pure Sicily ☺️.
