Agriturismo Arcomano

The salumi Oreste makes at Arcomano is so good I’d give it 500 stars if I could.

The location was fantastic, and the apartments were roomy, clean, and a great fit for a peaceful getaway with friends. The owner and his brother were professional and very helpful throughout. Be sure to stop by Mr. Arcomano's butcher shop and delicatessen for the local sausages, salami, and cheeses. It was an experience I’d happily repeat, and we’ll be back.

A simple place with a lovely country feel, and plenty to enjoy as a family. My sister introduced me to it, and seeing my two-and-a-half-year-old daughter and her cousins pick fruit and vegetables barefoot from the garden Oreste, the owner, provided, then play with the cats and dogs, was just lovely. The rooms are spacious and have all the essentials, and there are big grills with meat available to buy right from their butcher. Mornings were especially peaceful, with a marvelous view of the Pollino Mountains. It’s a beautiful spot to slow down, breathe the fresh air, and enjoy nature and authentic experiences.

The owners were helpful and professional, and we got to try excellent local products during a relaxing stay. The apartments are ideally located for a direct experience of nature.
