The location worked so well for us, with the seafront right across the street and Chiavari's center an easy 10-minute walk away. Free parking along the road was a nice bonus. Silvana was incredibly kind and helpful, and the rooms were beautifully furnished, with spacious en suite bathrooms and big, comfortable beds. We were traveling with friends in another room, and even with a couple in the third bedroom, there was plenty of space for us to get together. We plan to come back.

The hosts made our stay, they were so nice and helpful and kept checking that everything was clean and that we were comfortable. The B&B is also really well placed, just a few metres from the beach and close to Chiavari's center and train station. The apartment and rooms were beautiful, spacious, and elegant.

A lovely place to stay in a fantastic spot. You can easily reach the coastline's highlights by car or train, from Portofino and Genoa to the Cinque Terre. There's street parking right in front, with a free permit. Highly recommended.

We stayed in a beautiful suite at Oltremare Soul House. It was spacious, clean, and very carefully looked after, and the location was fantastic. Silvana and Davide take wonderful care of the property. They're such a friendly, kind, welcoming couple, the sort you rarely come across. David and Barbara send them a warm, heartfelt thank you. We really recommend a stay here.
