We've been coming back to this hotel for several years, and it has never let us down. The rooms are clean, the staff and service are excellent, and the food is even better. The location works well, with everything within reach. Whether you want to ski, hike, or stay in and unwind, there are plenty of options, including swimming, saunas, massages, and a gym. It suits families, groups of friends, couples, and solo travelers. We always look forward to another holiday here and would absolutely recommend it.

The wellness area has an amazing range of ways to unwind, and the facilities throughout the Bonfanti Design Hotel feel world-class. Our stay kept revealing another layer of luxury, thanks in part to thoughtful service. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful the whole time. A stunning design hotel that exceeded our expectations.

There’s a great kids' area, with a gymboree for toddlers and a separate fun spot for older children with ping pong, card games, and movie nights. The spa is just as impressive, with a Finnish sauna overlooking nature, its own spa complex, an infrared room, a snow room, and more. The hotel feels first class throughout, from its stylish design and roomy rooms to the chef’s exceptional dinner and Natalia’s top notch beauty treatments. You can see the investment in quality materials in the kitchen, spa, and even the gym. One of the best hotel stays we've had, highly recommended!

We chose Bonfanti Design Hotel for a winter holiday and had a really enjoyable stay. Its location near the slopes of the Kronplatz Ski Resort worked perfectly, and the food was outstanding. The hotel is comfortable and well equipped, with all the amenities we needed, including a wellness area with several indoor and outdoor pools. We plan to return for the comfort and excellent cuisine.
