We came back in 2026, and everything was absolutely perfect. The kids loved the pools and play rooms, and we'll quite probably return next year if we have the chance. It's a very nice family owned hotel, recently renovated, with comfortable rooms, really friendly and efficient staff, and lots of things for kids to do. Kronplatz's main parking is a 20 minutes drive away. The food is good quality and very nicely presented. It was a bit too healthy for my taste, though you can tell they make a real effort to use high quality products. I can't find anything negative to say about the property or services. Totally recommended.

There’s so much for families here, with activities you can ask about or find in the hotel's online cataloge. My kids, aged 2y and 5y, loved it, and we'll come again. The location, food, service, pool aria, and playground were all great. There was nothing I could criticize. A must have for a family holiday.

The views are amazing, though I wish they'd use sustainable drinking straws instead of plastic ones. Probably not the best pick if you're not keen on children. 😂

With kids of any age, this is a perfect place to stay. The service seems to read your mind, and the staff get things done, especially at dinner when the kids need attention. It's those small details that matter. Six stars!

The panorama over the dolomites is fantastic, visible from both the bar and the restaurant windows. The atmosphere is special, the food is good, and the service is great. Recommended.
