There are several saunas and pools to choose from, and parking in the garage is available at no extra cost. The food is great, with lots of appetizers to pick from and excellent main dishes. We really like hotel Kronblick for its comfortable rooms, great beds, modern bathrooms and balconies with a view. It’s a very nice place to stay, though you’ll need a car to get to the ski lift.

The team were remarkably helpful and generous when unexpected circumstances came up during our stay. We felt very comfortable, and the spa is amazing. Warmly recommended.

The staff were the best part of our stay: wonderfully friendly, helpful and always smiling. The rooms were spacious and clean. But my family and I had booked six days and left after three because the smell of food throughout the hotel, including the rooms, corridor and elevator, was our biggest problem. It was terrible. The breakfast area had no ventilation, especially unpleasant when rain meant sitting indoors, and the egg station’s ventilator didn’t work. The town itself didn’t have much, and traffic was awful in every direction, with construction everywhere. Sadly, the lovely staff weren’t enough to make us want to return.

The spa center is excellent, and the staff were friendly, especially the bartender. It’s a great hotel for families with small children. Dinner was better than what we’ve had at much more famous 5 star hotels.

We’ve just returned from a wonderful week of skiing at Hotel Kronblick, our seventh time here. The hotel is beautiful and the skiing was great, but the service made this stay especially good. Mikaela, our waitress, was kind and attentive, making every meal a pleasure and really looking after us. As parents of a child with specific nutritional allergies, we were especially grateful that the hotel took her needs seriously. The kitchen prepared special meals for her every single day, which let us relax knowing she was safe and well fed. The food was delicious, the spa was amazing and the hospitality was genuine. One of the best family hotels we’ve visited, and we can’t wait to return.
