A free minibus takes you to the gondola in about 6 minutes, and they can arrange ski passes too. The hotel is also just a 4-minute walk from the centre of chiesa, in a quiet spot with a great spa. We were the first guests after its year-long renovation, and everything felt new, modern, clean, and full of wood. The staff are warm and welcoming, with experienced staff and cook. Our room was warm and the bed was perfect. We also loved the Italian cooking: half board has a four-course daily menu for 25 euro. A high-quality, relaxing place to stay.

Breakfast and dinner were excellent, though service could be a bit slow. We spent four nights at Hotel Rezia with six families and children, and the whole staff stayed kind and helpful, even with so many kids to manage. The hotel is brand new, and the rooms were clean and had every comfort. Giulia deserves a special mention for being courteous and going above and beyond in every situation.

Virginia at the front desk and everyone else we met were friendly and very helpful. The hotel has private parking, is in a strategic location, and was very clean throughout. It’s been newly renovated, and we had a great experience.

The shuttle to and from the cable car ran regularly and was always available. We were the first guests following the complete renovation, and had new rooms and impeccable service. A perfect stay, and we’ll be back regularly.

The rooms and interiors are a little dated, but clean, and the beds are comfortable. A major renovation is planned soon, which should modernize everything. For now, it’s excellent value for money, with lovely balconies just steps from the pedestrian area. It’s family-run, and the cuisine is simple, home-style, and very good. Maurizio is attentive and always available for advice in the dining room, and the other staff make sure you have what you need. Everyone was helpful, attentive, and courteous.
