Rocco really knows his stuff. He runs the family restaurant in their hotel with his children, and the staff treated us very kindly. We ate well and found the prices fair. I recommend them to everyone.

The local touches stood out most, especially the pecorino and spicy "olio santo" alongside the pasta. We had booked a room at the hotel with the same name, so we decided to eat here. The menu felt authentic, with local ingredients in dishes like fettuccine with zucchini and speck and spaghetti alla chitarra with ragù. There were also some great starters: eggplant, truffle-stuffed mushrooms, stuffed peppers and caponata. We finished with biscotti and Passito d'Abruzzo.

I still haven't had dinner here, but I hear the quality is top notch. I was turned away when I tried to book two New Year's Eve menus because they were full.
