Paolo and his son arranged our stay over the phone at short notice and welcomed us warmly. After we arrived, the host shared information about the area, gave us a map, and lent us two bikes for free. The room and separate bathroom were spacious, nicely furnished, and very clean. It worked perfectly as a stop on our road trip since we were heading to Venice early the next morning. Chioggia is worth visiting too, though we didn't get lucky with the weather. We weren't keen on Sottomarina beach, where private spiaggias block the lovely sea view. Sadly, that seems typical of Italian beaches. We'd still recommend this place if you're staying in the area. Thanks, Paolo!

The owner was especially kind and ready to help with questions or requests. The room was quiet, spacious, and had a balcony; it was well cared for and clean, and the bathroom was too. The website photos are completely accurate. They clean each morning and change towels and sheets as needed. Nothing was missing, and bikes were included. We'll definitely come back.

I stayed here in September 2022 and felt at home right away. The owner was so kind and helpful, and the place was quiet and impeccably clean. My room was roomy, with a comfortable bed, and the kitchen had everything I needed since I like making my own lunch. Supermarkets, the bus stop, and the beach are all handy, and having a bike made it easy to get around. I'd do it again!

We only stayed one night, but had a really good time. The room was cozy and clean, the bathroom was comfortable and right by the bedroom, and the mattress and pillows were excellent. The sea is just a two-minute walk away, with essentials nearby like discount shops, a pharmacy, a bar, and a bank. We also got to take some excellent bikes for a ride along the seafront. Mr. Paolo was very welcoming and down to earth, and did his best to accommodate our needs. Thank you, Alessandro and Ilaria.

Paolo welcomed us like old friends, and was kind, professional, and friendly. We felt really looked after. The room was just as described, warm and inviting, and spotlessly clean. Even the duvet and sheets smelled of detergent. There was a kettle with herbal teas too. We'd definitely recommend the place and stay here again on future visits. Thank you 🌹😄
