Antica Vigna - Bed & Breakfast

I loved the design and the way the building keeps its local, period style. It's very clean, and the setting is beautiful, surrounded by nature near Chioggia, Venice, Rosolina, and Sottomarina. It suits couples and families. The owner is a wonderful woman, an artist, and an attentive host who organizes and prepares a delicious breakfast. Her availability, kindness, hospitality, and the quality and authenticity of the place make for a pleasant, relaxing stay in an exclusive environment.

Mrs. Mariuccia was so kind and helpful, and the setting is peaceful, surrounded by greenery. Our room was clean and fitted perfectly into the rural surroundings. Breakfast was generous, with sweet and savory choices, and Mrs. Mariuccia served us a fantastic homemade apple pie. I highly recommend it.

Mariuccia, the owner, is incredibly helpful, and the location is excellent. The home feels like a fairytale, with the moon and fields around it. The beds are very comfortable and the furnishings are beautiful. Breakfast is Italian, with different cakes each day. There was no option to make herbal tea in the evening, though maybe I just didn't ask.

We spent one night in a quiet spot just a stone's throw from Chioggia. The home has been restored beautifully, with details like the doors, roof, floors, and furnishings preserved so well that you feel as if you've stepped back in time. You don't often see those things kept in such good condition.
