The apartment is cared for and very pleasant, with a great position between the city and the beaches. The owner really looks after his guests, so it's definitely worth recommending.

The view from the upstairs bedroom over the lagoon towards Chioggia was spectacular, especially at sunrise and sunset. On August 15th we even watched the fireworks from inside. Upstairs, the attic has a double bed, a single bed that folds into the wall wardrobe, a white leather bench, two poufs, and a huge wall-mounted TV framed like a picture. The stairs have a safety gate, which made them feel secure. Outside, the detached white and blue house has a little courtyard with a furnished patio, a large retractable umbrella, sofa, garden chairs, a clothes horse, and a rack for the two provided bicycles. There's also a large covered parking spot with a chain across it, on the street opposite. It's quiet, lovely for a couple, and roomy enough for three or four. Shops, the beach, and downtown are just minutes away, and the rental was excellent value. Inside, the place is gorgeous and detailed down to the finishes, while still being practical. Nothing seemed to be missing. The bathroom felt like a mini spa, with a giant shower. In the living area there's a glass-ceramic stove, dishwasher, microwave, and a fully equipped kitchen. The fridge had cold drinks, and a basket held pastries and jams for breakfast. There was also a coffee maker. The big sofa converts to a king-size bed and faces a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with Netflix and a PlayStation. Fiber internet runs throughout, with separate air conditioning on both floors. A mirrored wardrobe conceals the washer-dryer, small appliances like a handheld electric vacuum and hairdryer, a broom, and luggage storage. The bright living room and windowed bathroom have retractable ceiling spotlights. I stayed for the whole week in August and honestly wish the house were mine. Mr. Romano was wonderful, very kind and helpful, and available around the clock if we needed anything. We had a fantastic time and will certainly return. Highly recommended!

The real house was even better than the inviting photos that made me choose it for a relaxing weekend in Sottomarina. Set among the town's historic alleys, it looks out over the lagoon and is peaceful, with all the technology you need. The owner was glad to suggest places nearby to visit, including routes using the provided bicycles. We'll definitely come back.

There's a private courtyard and a lovely view of the Venice lagoon from the room, so privacy and downtime are easy here. The little house is in the historic center, newly renovated with excellent finishes and amenities. The owners are always friendly and willing to help, and the price feels reasonable for what's provided.
